To personalise the default Heyoo tracking link ("heyoo.link/…") with your own branded URL, you can either use a separate domain or create a subdomain of your main domain.
You have two options:
Separate domain: For that option you would need to purchase a new domain first. For example, a dedicated domain such as “yourcompany.link", which can closely resemble your main domain.
Subdomain: Alternatively, set up a subdomain like “view.yourcompany.com", within your existing domain management (please proceed with caution and consult your internal IT).
The choice depends on your preference for domain separation and brand consistency.
Once you have either purchased a new domain or configured a subdomain with your current provider, proceed with logging into Heyoo:
Step-by-step setup:
Once you've chosen between a separate domain or subdomain, go to Settings > Domains in Heyoo.
Click Add Domain.
After adding the new domain, click the Settings icon next to it to view the required DNS record.
Log in to your domain provider and navigate to the (advanced) DNS settings.
Add the record displayed in Heyoo to verify ownership of the domain.
Please note: DNS changes may take several hours to propagate.
Once the verification is complete, you’ll be able to use your branded tracking links in new Heyoo campaigns. Please note that the tracking link URL of active campaigns cannot be changed.
